We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Brand Specialist who thrives in the world of digital identities and personal branding. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building and maintaining strong, authentic brand identities while positioning leadership as thought leaders in the industry. You’ll play a critical role in executing brand strategies, amplifying voices, and creating consistent, impactful messaging across digital platforms.
Execution of Brand Strategies: Develop and execute cohesive brand strategies
that communicate our mission, values, and vision across digital platforms, ensuring
they resonate with our target audience and stand out in the industry.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media platforms, fostering
engagement, building a vibrant online community, and ensuring all activities align
with brand objectives.
Personal Branding: Oversee the online presence of key individuals, ensuring
alignment with brand messaging while positioning them as industry stakeholders,
experts, and thought leaders through impactful personal branding strategies.
Strategic Content Curation and Development: Identify, create, and share content
that reflects the thought leader’s expertise, values, and vision. This includes content
that resonates with the target audience and reinforces the leader’s unique
perspective while enhancing brand credibility.
Audience Engagement and Insights: Actively engage with audiences, collect and
analyze feedback, and adapt messaging strategies to meet the evolving needs and
preferences of our community.
Analytics and Optimization: Track and analyze engagement metrics to evaluate
the effectiveness of brand activities, refine strategies, and drive measurable results
that support business objectives.
Maintaining Brand Voice: Ensure the brand’s tone, voice, and personality are
consistent and authentic across all digital channels, establishing trust and
recognition.
Collaborative Brand Execution: Partner with the marketing team to integrate
branding efforts into broader campaigns, ensuring seamless alignment and a unified
message.
Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Respond to emerging challenges in the digital
landscape, continuously optimizing brand efforts to maintain relevance and
effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
