Overview of the role:
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Digital Marketing Executive to join our startup during its development phase. The ideal candidate will execute the launch strategy, focusing on driving growth and ensuring a successful product launch. Post-launch, the candidate will work on scaling the project to maximize its reach and impact.
Expectations from the role:
- Execute the launch strategy, focusing on driving growth and ensuring a successful product launch.
- Implement growth experiments and campaigns across various digital channels.
- Collaborate with the SEO and digital marketing team to optimize content and improve search rankings.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support the launch and scaling strategy.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Write content for the website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights.
- Identify and seize opportunities for scaling the project post-launch.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and growth hacking.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or a similar role.
- Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, web metrics, and other analytical tools.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work flexibly and energetically to meet the startup's needs.
