Overview of the role:

As the Director of Product, you will be a key leader in driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across our portfolio. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on product management. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally, inspire teams, and deliver impactful solutions will be essential to success.

We are seeking someone with a strong technology and development background, a proven product management track record, and AI experience as a plus. As a people manager, you’ll lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

Expectations from the role:

Define and drive the overall product vision, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Lead the development and execution of product strategies that deliver exceptional customer value.

Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term wins with long-term growth.

Define and prioritize product features and requirements, creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

Act as a technical liaison between data science, engineering, and other teams.

Guide architectural and technical decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

Qualification and Experience:

10+ years in technology or product management, with at least 3-5 years in leadership.

Strong background in software development, engineering, or related technical fields.

Experience with AI technologies and their application is a significant plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
