Overview of the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to drive financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis. This role is pivotal in ensuring fiscal discipline, optimizing cash flow, and providing actionable insights to support key business decisions. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to maintain compliance, manage risk, and enhance overall financial performance.

 

Expectations from the role:

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Prepare management reports and dashboards for leadership review.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements.
  • Maintain strong banking relationships and optimize capital structure.

Cost Control & Risk Management

  • Identify cost-saving initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Design and enforce internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Audit & Compliance

  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Ensure adherence to tax regulations and corporate compliance requirements.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior finance team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business priorities.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (ACA) - Recently Qualified.
  • 1-2 Years of post qualification experience in a reputatable orgainisation
