Overview of the role:

The Head of Brand at Disrupt.com is responsible for shaping and leading the overall brand and communication strategy. This role involves driving brand awareness, ensuring customer representation, and crafting compelling marketing initiatives. The Head of Brand will work closely with sub-brand managers within Disrupt.com Ventures to ensure brand consistency across all channels and geographies.

Expectations from the role:

Obsess About the Brand: Take ownership of Disrupt.com’s brand direction and communication strategy, coordinating brand marketing activities with sub-brand managers.

Tell Our Story: Develop an innovative content management strategy to establish Disrupt.com as a leader in Venture Studios, ensuring messages resonate with B2B customers.

Obsess About the Customer: Serve as the voice of the customer, building trust and loyalty through customer-centric initiatives.

Be Ambitious & Creative: Test and find differentiators that set Disrupt apart while maximizing value from a lean marketing budget.

Define Success and Measure Progress: Establish marketing KPIs and drive initiatives toward successful outcomes.

Build and Lead a Lean Marketing Team: Create a cutting-edge team that can execute high-impact marketing strategies.

Improve Sales Enablement: Craft clear and effective sales collateral to support sales efforts.

Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand presence across geographies with tailored messaging.

Qualification and Experience:

13+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, and content expertise, with at least 5 years in managerial roles.

Experience in high-growth, dynamic environments, preferably in consumer, DTC, or B2B tech brands.

Proven ability to accelerate brand momentum and drive innovative marketing strategies.

Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign delivery.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and consult with senior stakeholders.

Inspirational leader with a collaborative and approachable style.

Demonstrated experience in planning and executing marketing budgets for efficient impact.

Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
