Overview of the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our international marketing efforts for B2B AI SaaS startups. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international marketing, organic growth hacking, and data-driven decision making. They should be adept at handling the complexities of a startup environment, managing a team, and working under pressure. Flexibility, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn quickly are essential for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with an AI-first approach.

 

Expectations from the role:

International Marketing: Develop and execute international marketing strategies to build brand awareness and engage target audiences for our B2B AI SaaS startups.

Organic Growth Hacking: Implement innovative and effective growth hacking strategies to achieve rapid user acquisition and retention without relying heavily on paid advertising.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform marketing strategies, track campaign performance, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Startup Adaptability: Navigate the challenges of a startup environment, demonstrating flexibility, quick learning, and problem-solving skills.

Pressure Management: Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure, ensuring that marketing objectives are met within tight deadlines.

Flexible Approaches: Continuously learn and adapt marketing strategies to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities.

Proficient in Marketing Channels: Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Community Building: Experience in building and nurturing online communities will be considered a plus.

B2B Focus: Tailor marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage B2B audiences, understanding the unique needs and preferences of business clients.

AI-First Approach: Develop and implement marketing strategies that leverage AI technologies to enhance targeting, personalization, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Qualification and Experience:

 

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in international marketing.

Proven experience in international marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media and community engagement.

Demonstrated success in organic growth hacking and driving user acquisition through innovative strategies.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Experience in managing and leading a marketing team.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and handle the associated chaos.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to marketing strategies.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

A can-do attitude with a passion for driving positive change through marketing.

Proficient in various marketing channels, including SEO.

Experience in building and nurturing online communities is a plus.
