Overview of the role:
We are seeking a dynamic Martech Specialist to join our team at Disrupt.com. This role is pivotal in blending the expertise of data analysis, data engineering, data science, and automation to drive marketing technology initiatives across our portfolio of ventures. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with marketing acumen to enhance our ventures' growth strategies.
What you will be expected to perform:
Data Analysis & Reporting:

Data Collection & Management: Gather, organize, and maintain marketing data from various sources to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing campaigns and initiatives to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Dashboard Development: Create and maintain interactive dashboards that visualize key metrics, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Data Engineering:

Pipeline Development: Design, build, and manage data pipelines that ensure seamless data flow between marketing platforms and databases.

Integration: Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate marketing data with other organizational systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity.

Data Quality Assurance: Implement processes to monitor and improve data quality, addressing discrepancies proactively.
Data Science & Modeling:

Predictive Modeling: Develop models to forecast customer behavior, such as purchase propensity and churn likelihood, to inform targeted marketing strategies.

Segmentation: Utilize clustering techniques to segment customers based on behavior and demographics, enabling personalized marketing efforts.

A/B Testing: Design and analyze experiments to test marketing hypotheses and optimize campaign performance.
Marketing Automation & AI Integration:

Tool Implementation: Deploy and configure marketing automation platforms to streamline campaign execution and tracking.

Workflow Automation: Design automated workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and customer engagement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

AI Integration: Incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance marketing automation efforts, such as using AI-driven predictive analytics for customer segmentation and personalized content delivery.

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and optimize automated campaigns to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to ensure alignment of martech initiatives with business goals.

Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on martech tools and best practices, fostering a data-driven culture.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a martech, data analysis, or related role.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM systems.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.

Experience with AI applications in marketing automation, such as predictive analytics and personalized content delivery.
