Overview of the role:

The Product Marketing Manager at Disrupt.com plays a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our portfolio companies. This individual contributor position focuses on addressing mission-critical challenges in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Growth Officer. You will serve as the key link between product development and customer engagement, driving product adoption and retention across various markets.

Expectations from the role:

Collaborate with insights, growth, and analytics teams to identify barriers to user adoption and enhance the user journey.

Conduct industry and competitive analyses to inform GTM strategies for new products and markets.

Gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback from users to prioritize audience needs.

Develop and execute tailored GTM plans that include market analysis, audience targeting, creative messaging, and demand generation strategies.

Lead the creation of product messaging and positioning to maintain a consistent brand narrative and competitive differentiation.

Design and implement scalable product education initiatives, including sales training and launch playbooks.

Partner with analytics teams to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and derive actionable insights.

Qualification and Experience:

4-8 years of experience in a product marketing role, preferably in B2B for SaaS or E-commerce.

Proven track record of launching products or platforms within tech startups.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and drive product usage.

Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative market research across multiple markets.

Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with diverse audiences including executives, technical teams, and designers.

Ability to manage multiple GTM launch cycles autonomously and effectively.
