Overview of the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our AI-driven portfolio companies. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our AI-first solutions, generate leads, and increase product adoption. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and support, to ensure alignment with business goals.

 

Expectations from the role:

 

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for our AI-first products, driving awareness, demand, and adoption. Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify differentiators, market trends, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize AI tools to gather insights and define target customer segments.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning for our AI-driven products, tailored to different customer needs and personas.
  • Content Creation: Create and manage high-quality marketing content, including product collateral, sales enablement materials, blog posts, webinars, and videos, to effectively communicate product value.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop tools and resources to empower the sales team with the knowledge and materials needed to effectively communicate product benefits to prospects.
  • Campaign Development: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (online, social media, email, events) to attract and engage potential customers.
  • Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, coordinating across teams to ensure successful and impactful introductions to the market.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

Qualification and Experience:

  • 3–7 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles.

  • Experience in managing product launches, creating go-to-market strategies, or developing customer-centric messaging.
