Overview of the role:

Gaditek is hiring for 6 month Contractual Project Manager with Architectural background and hands-on experience in designing layouts, creating 3D models, and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs). The ideal candidate should be proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other related software.

Expectations from the role:

The Project Manager will oversee the entire facility upgrade project, encompassing layout design, 3D modeling, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the project plan, monitoring progress, and managing risks. He/She will design and develop layouts, coordinate the creation of accurate 3D models for effective visualization, and prepare the BOQ for precise cost estimation. He/She will identify and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services while facilitating communication between the architectural team and stakeholders to ensure proper design implementation. Additionally, he/she will implement quality control measures, conduct inspections to maintain standards, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, preparing regular status reports for stakeholders. This role is crucial for ensuring the project's success and meeting stakeholder expectations.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field,with Proven experience in layout design, 3D modeling, and BOQ preparation.
