Overview of the role:

As an AI Orchestration Engineer (Python) on our Team, you will design, build, and maintain autonomous agent workflows and LLM-powered services that automate core business processes across marketing, customer success, PPC and organic growth domains. You’ll sit within a cross-functional AI & Automation department, partnering closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Analytics and DevOps. Your work will span from prototyping Python “agents” in frameworks like Agno, Crew AI and LangChain, through to deploying end-to-end systems (backend, UI, monitoring) that non-technical teams can operate.

Expectations from the role:

Architect and implement multi-step agent pipelines using Python orchestration frameworks (e.g. Agno, Crew AI, LangChain).
Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.) with external APIs and data sources for tasks like ad-copy generation, bid-management and SEO analysis.
Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning workflows.
Build RESTful backend services and microservices in FastAPI or Flask to power agent orchestration, scheduling and monitoring.
Create simple front-end interfaces or dashboards (React, Vue.js or Python web frameworks) so marketing and CS teams can launch, monitor and adjust workflows.
Containerize and deploy services with Docker
Monitor system health, latency and cost; set up logging, alerts and automated retraining triggers for model drift or failures.
Document architecture diagrams, API contracts, runbooks and best practices to ensure team-wide alignment.

Qualification and Experience:

3+ years Python development experience
Proven experience with LLM implementation, inference, and fine-tuning
Fine-tuning techniques and frameworks
Experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI SDK
Proficiency in prompt engineering
Strong knowledge of Flask and FastAPI
SQL and NoSQL database experience (plus)
Docker containerization skills
Backend best practices: TDD, Git, API design, security
Vector databases and embedding models
AI evaluation methodologies
