This is an exciting individual contributor role that requires exceptional collaboration and coordination skills and business acumen. You will partner closely with Product Management, Tech, Venture Builder HQ Team, Marketing, and Brand teams in HQ to help your Venture to grow. As a Venture Growth Lead, you will be responsible for designing and executing the go-to-market (GTM) and growth strategy for new ventures across our portfolio. You will own the P&L, taking accountability for traction, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
This is an onsite role that blends strategy, execution, and leadership: you’ll coordinate across internal studio departments (brand, product, sales, ops, tech) while personally building and testing growth initiatives. You will act as the growth co-founder for the ventures you lead.
You will work closely with important stakeholders in the company to understand the market and the issues they face and to identify and implement innovative GTM campaigns across different markets. Working across all areas of the company, you will serve as an internal/external liaison between product, design, operations, Marketing. commercial, growth and C-Level.
